Heating and hot water repairs
Carrying out reactive maintenance across commercial and domestic properties
Completing job sheets and reports accurately
Communicating professionally with customers and clients
Working safely and in accordance with current regulations
Participating in a paid on-call rota
£38,000 – £40,000 per year + Paid On-Call Rota

City Group Managed Services Ltd is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Gas Engineer / Plumber to join our maintenance team.
You'll carry out a mixture of gas, plumbing, heating and reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial and domestic properties throughout the North West.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys variety, working independently and delivering a high standard of workmanship.
The Role
Your day-to-day work will include:

Carrying out reactive maintenance across commercial and domestic properties
Completing job sheets and reports accurately
Communicating professionally with customers and clients
Working safely and in accordance with current regulations
Participating in a paid on-call rota
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced engineer who has:
Current Gas Safe qualifications
A recognised Plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
At least 3 years' plumbing/maintenance experience
Experience working in domestic and/or commercial environments
Experience with unvented hot water systems
Strong gas and plumbing fault-finding skills
A full UK driving licence
A professional and customer-focused approach
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Willingness to complete a DBS check where required for client sites
What We Offer
£38,000 – £40,000 salary , depending on experience and qualifications
Paid on-call rota
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
28 days annual leave including
