As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for general query management while also assisting with the account opening process for clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing team and to have a genuine impact on the processes and systems put in place.
- Assisting clients with day-to-day
- Involvement in various aspects of the client journey and assisting with the the account opening process
- Responsible for providing a best in class service to new and existing clients
- Respond to client queries within agreed SLAs, to ensure monthly targets are met
- Build internal and external relationships to help drive client efficiency
- Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs
- Identify system and process improvements and raise these for consideration
- Build in-depth knowledge of various business
