The Citygate, Exeter, part of the Youngs pub family, is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about fresh, quality cooking in a welcoming, team-driven kitchen. Join a historic pub and contribute to menu development and daily specials.
You will work under the Head Chef, helping design dishes, maintain high GP and labour controls, and engage with front-of-house to drive sales. Previous CDP or strong Commis experience is preferred.
