Founded in 2003, we are a privately owned Construction, Refurbishment and Maintenance main contractor with offices across Scotland and England. Headquartered in Paisley, the company employs over 200 staff across eight fully integrated divisions and maintains a strong commitment to trades apprentices.
The Role
This role is primarily tenant-facing, ensuring excellent communication and a positive experience during maintenance and upgrade works. You will provide crucial support across the operations team, working closely with the Operations Manager, Contracts Managers, and Contracts Supervisors, while liaising with site operatives and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly. Your administrative focus will include logging jobs, ensuring correct allocation on our systems, and supporting planning activities, but your main impact will be in delivering excellent service and communication to tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants during planned maintenance and upgrade works.
Communicate project schedules, progress updates, and any disruptions clearly and professionally.
Support tenants with queries, concerns, or minor issues, escalating where appropriate.
Ensure a positive tenant experience throughout the duration of works.
Project & Operations Support
Assist the Operations Manager, Contracts Managers, and Contracts Supervisors with project coordination tasks.
Log jobs and ensure they are correctly allocated in the system.
Support planning of works, helping to coordinate schedules and resources.
Liaise with site operatives to monitor progress and relay information between teams.
Administration & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate project and tenant records, including communications and job status updates.
Prepare and distribute information to relevant stakeholders as required.
Provide general administrative support to the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
What We\'re Looking For
Previous experience in a tenant‐facing role within the construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with tenants, clients, operatives, and colleagues at all levels.
Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management or job-logging systems.
Driving licence, as travel to sites will be required in this role.
Location
Based at our head office in Linwood, covering Renfrewshire and the surrounding areas.
