City Gate Construction is a privately owned main contractor established in 2003, delivering construction, refurbishment and maintenance services across Scotland and England.

Headquartered in Paisley, we have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and customer service.

We are looking to strengthen our Planned and Reactive Maintenance division with the appointment of a General Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and deal with customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Book and allocate reactive and planned maintenance jobs.
  • Plan and schedule site visits.
  • Maintain accurate job records and update systems in real time
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Skills / Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role, ideally within maintenance or a similar environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
