The Role We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Contracts Supervisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of various planned and reactive maintenance works across South Ayr. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, working closely with in-house operatives, subcontractors, and management to maintain consistently high standards. Key Responsibilities Project & Contract Supervision * Supervise the delivery of planned maintenance and reactive maintenance works. * Ensure jobs are completed on time and within agreed budgets. * Maintain accurate records of all projects. Team Leadership & Coordination * Lead and supervise site teams, promoting high standards of workmanship, productivity, and professionalism. * Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring performance aligns with company expectations. * Provide clear instructions and support to operatives to ensure efficient project delivery. Health & Safety & Compliance * Ensure all works are carried out in full compliance with health and safety legislation and CGC procedures. * Monitor site standards and address any non-compliance promptly. * Promote a strong safety culture across all teams and subcontractors.
