Role Description The Venue Manager is a full-time, on-site role based on the South Coast.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the gaming venue, including overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.

The Venue Manager will manage scheduling, supervise cash handling and venue opening/closing procedures, and monitor machine performance and floor presentation.

They will also support local marketing initiatives, implement in-venue promotions, manage budgets, and report on performance and KPIs.

The role includes coaching and developing team members, handling customer feedback, and liaising with senior management to drive venue growth and profitability.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests and lead team members effectively.

Candidates should possess Venue Management experience, including supervising staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Candidates should possess Budgeting and basic financial management skills to monitor costs, revenue, and performance targets.

Candidates should possess Event Management skills to plan and deliver in-venue promotions, special events, and local marketing activities.

Experience in leisure, hospitality, retail, or gaming environments is beneficial, along with knowledge of age-restricted and responsible gambling practices.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required by venue operations.

Proven leadership skills, with experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.

Basic IT proficiency for using venue systems, reporting tools, and email; previous experience with POS or gaming systems is an advantage.
