We’re on the lookout for a Venue Manager to join our team at one of our FLAGSHIP venues situated in East London. If you love people, thrive in buzzing environments, and can keep cool under flashing lights and jackpot bells, this could be your perfect next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Venue Manager you will be leading a team of full and part time employees in a friendly environment that may be open 24 hrs per day 7 days a week. The Venue Manager ensures business requirements are delivered to plan, including commercial, operational efficiency targets and managing in accordance to company policies and procedures. The Venue Manager will also deliver and have responsibility for brand standards, turnover, cash control, health and safety, security, recruitment, team training and P&L delivery.

  • Be commercially aware, with a proven track record of team leadership, coaching and performance delivery.
  • Have the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation.
  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, with proven ability to innovate and deliver change.
  • Be able to multitask and solve problems with a degree of self-sufficiency within company policies/procedures.
  • Have an empathetic approach to dealing with the demands and needs of both customers and team members.
  • Be trustworthy and ethical in your approach to work with strong compliance and customer service focus.
  • Have a passion for customer engagement and service, be outgoing, friendly, approachable and confident.
  • Be computer and numerically literate with cash handling experience.
  • Lead by example, and as part of a team, you will be flexible to changing shift patterns and demands of the business.
  • Have previous management skills in a similar operating environment.
  • Be fully compliant with our licensing objectives – full training will however be given.
