Purpose
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract covering Maternity leave. The Retail & Licensing team oversees the supply of Club merchandise from the distributor to the fan, whether products are manufactured and supplied by our technical partner (PUMA) or by onboarded licensees, the team ensures a wide and varied range of Club branded products are available to purchase via our Stadium store, the Club’s official online store and marketplaces worldwide. This role will see the successful applicant work across all areas of the retail and licensing team, predominantly supporting the senior Retail and Ecommerce managers but also supporting our licensing and partnership managers with product samples and enquiries.
Your Impact
- Product management, this role will require the applicant to manage the safe storage and tracking of confidential product but also the day-to-day management of stock and samples at CFA.
- Support the Retail manager in the product approval process with our retail partners mono branded ranges, managing samples and processing approvals through the online brand comply system.
- Wardrobe management for club related content, ensuring that all presenters and guests on various club media productions are all in up to date and relative products, working closely with the content management teams to plan and organise the wardrobe management
- Support the team at player appearance days and Puma player IP appearances and activations, helping to ensure that the relevant activations run smoothly, and all the key outcomes are achieved.
- Management of team Marketing calendar, updating and maintaining our marketing plans including matchday kit usage, product launches and player appearance days.
- Matchday and event retail support, working with our retail partner to ensure a smooth running matchday retail operation throughout all areas of the site. Observe and monitor the performance and identify areas for improvement either commercially or operationally.
- Creation and analysis of matchday sales reports, presentations and Marketing calendar that can be shared across the business or used internally to support future planning.
