Based in Manchester, this predominantly full‑time permanent role is an important part of our front‑of‑house and facilities operation.

Your work will help shape first impressions, support the flow of visitors and calls, and make sure the site runs smoothly for everyone who uses it.
You will manage a varied mix of reception and administrative tasks, including greeting visitors, answering enquiries, relaying messages, maintaining office systems, logging jobs, booking internal spaces, handling post and deliveries, and supporting stock control and office records.
You will also help with wider facilities administration, such as diary management, preparing documents and supporting subcontractor processes when required.
The role also contributes to matchday and event operations, where you will help maintain security, follow visitor sign‑in and sign‑out procedures, and support the smooth running of activities across the site.
Working closely with the Head Receptionist, Facilities Management and wider site teams, you will help maintain high standards, act with care and professionalism, and play a valued part in the everyday experience of colleagues and visitors alike.
Qualifications
- Experience in a front‑of‑house, reception, customer service or administrative role in a busy environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with a good standard of English.
- Well‑developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage time well, keep accurate records and work safely and methodically.
- Comfortable handling calls, visitors, enquiries and day‑to‑day administrative tasks with professionalism and care.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting matchday and event operations when needed.
