Lead and drive key strategic initiatives to enhance global brand presence and foster fan growth and engagement at both the Group and Club levels. Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders across broader marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of objectives and achieve measurable impact.

Your Impact
- Strategic Projects and Marketing Planning: Analyse market insights and data to uncover key insights to inform marketing strategies. Coordinate Manchester City marketing planning across key stakeholders and propose new ideas and priorities to meet our objectives. Contribute to defining and delivering strategic growth projects, including identifying audience growth and engagement initiatives.
- High Impact Brand Activation Campaigns: Drive calendar of club brand activation campaigns throughout the season, including EDI initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Content and Communications to develop integrated campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
- KPIs and Benchmarking: Monitor Marketing & Media key performance indicators and track progress against strategic goals. Conduct analysis and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative approaches in wider sports and entertainment landscape, identifying key learnings and actionable recommendations.
- Influencer Engagement: Identify and evaluate high-profile individuals who align with our brand and explore strategic campaign collaborations. Develop influencer and celebrity engagement strategies to amplify brand reach and cultural relevance.
