Based in Manchester, we have two full-time roles supporting visitor growth and revenue performance across Manchester City’s Visitor Attractions offering. You will play an important role in managing group enquiries, converting bookings and building strong customer relationships across Museum, Stadium Tours, Roof Walk and future attractions. Within our Visitor Attractions team, we create memorable experiences that connect visitors with the story and spirit of Manchester City. Our commercial team plays a key role in growing visitor engagement, supporting tourism activity and ensuring guests receive a high-quality experience from enquiry through to visit.

The Role

You will manage group sales enquiries across assigned regional markets, supporting the conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings across a range of Visitor Attractions products. Working closely with the Sales Manager and operational teams, you will help ensure customers receive timely, accurate and professional support throughout the booking process.

Alongside sales conversion activity, you will build and maintain positive relationships with group organisers, travel partners, schools and tour operators, helping to encourage repeat bookings and ongoing customer engagement. You will contribute to delivering a smooth customer journey while supporting wider visitor growth activity.

You will also support booking coordination and operational administration, ensuring customer requirements, booking information and operational schedules are accurately maintained and aligned to attraction capacity. Through your organisation, communication and customer-focused approach, you will contribute to delivering a positive visitor experience across Manchester City’s attractions.
