Based in Manchester, this 12-month maternity cover opportunity plays an important part in supporting the delivery of Performance Services across City Football Group. You will provide high-quality operational, administrative and coordination support across a global performance environment, helping to ensure teams, practitioners and players receive an organised, efficient and well-supported experience.
You will provide operational and administrative support across the Group Performance Services function, helping to ensure activities, projects and day-to-day operations are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with the Director of Player Health and Performance and senior practitioners, you will coordinate a range of activities including meetings, travel, documentation, medical administration and operational planning.
Alongside supporting day-to-day delivery, you will contribute to wider departmental coordination across key strategic areas including injury management, physical performance, psychology, research and innovation, and data and analysis. You will help maintain accurate systems, support project activity and contribute to improving operational processes and workflows across the department. You will also support financial administration, procurement and stakeholder coordination activity, helping to manage invoicing, consultant administration, equipment distribution and operational support for group visits and events.
Through your organisation, communication and collaborative approach, you will contribute to creating a well-connected and high-performing environment across Group Performance Services.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience within administration, medical administration or operational coordination environments
- Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Clear and effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience maintaining accurate records, systems and operational documentation
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and athlete management systems
- Collaborative approach within multidisciplinary and fast-moving environments
