Based in Manchester, we have two permanent full-time roles delivering exceptional experiences for premium hospitality customers across football fixtures, concerts and major stadium events at the Etihad Stadium. You will support the management and retention of hospitality accounts, helping to create a professional, engaging and well-coordinated experience that strengthens customer relationships and supports long-term account value.

Within our Matchday and Events team, we deliver premium experiences that bring supporters, partners and guests closer to the Club. Our Hospitality Relations team plays a key role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the standards and ambition of Manchester City.
You will support the delivery of high-quality account management and customer service across premium hospitality customers, helping to create engaging and memorable experiences throughout the season. Working across football fixtures, concerts and major stadium events, you will build positive relationships with customers while supporting retention and ongoing account engagement. Alongside customer relationship management, you will contribute to the coordination of hospitality activity across matchdays and event days, supporting guest experiences, operational delivery and communication across multiple teams. You will help ensure customers receive timely information, professional support and a consistent experience across all touchpoints. You will also support account administration and operational coordination, maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with Premium Sales, Hospitality Operations and Service Support teams. Through your organisation, communication and customer-focused approach, you will help contribute to the continued success of Manchester City’s premium hospitality offering.
