This permanent full-time role leads the strategic, commercial and operational development of the Manchester City Sports Business School. The role is responsible for shaping a global education offering, driving commercial growth, building partnerships and ensuring high-quality programme delivery aligned to City Football Group's long-term ambitions.

The Role You’ll lead the creation and growth of the Manchester City Sports Business School, shaping its strategy, commercial model and global positioning. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll define a compelling product portfolio that meets market demand while aligning to the organisation's long-term vision. You’ll drive commercial performance through the development of effective go-to-market strategies, building strong partnerships with academic institutions and industry collaborators to expand the School’s reach and impact. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of operational delivery, ensuring programmes are executed to a consistently high standard through well-defined delivery models, facilities and staffing approaches. As a senior leader, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing performance, overseeing financial outcomes and ensuring the School evolves into a scalable, high-quality global education platform.
