As a Fan Support Apprentice you will be at the frontline of delivering an exceptional supporter experience, providing operational support across sales, service, fulfilment, and administration for all teams, stadia, and non-matchday events. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in football gaining hands-on experience while completing a 15-month Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship. With structured training (20% dedicated learning time) and on-the-job development, you will build a strong foundation in customer service excellence, operational processes, and supporter engagement with the opportunity to progress into a permanent Fan Support Coordinator role upon successful completion.
Supported by experienced supervisors and colleagues, you will assist with product sales and fulfilment across all service channels, respond to supporter enquiries, and help maintain strong relationships with fan and customer groups. You will develop the confidence to resolve queries, contribute to continuous service improvement, and consistently meet performance targets, all while upholding the highest quality standards. This opportunity is perfect for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn ready to play their part in delivering a professional, friendly, and memorable experience for every supporter.
What we are looking for:
- A passion to complete a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship programme, with the ability to demonstrate Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively as part of a team and engage positively with supporters and colleagues.
- Motivated to learn and develop, showing commitment to personal growth, openness to feedback, and the drive to build new skills in a professional environment.
- Reliable, personable, and service-focused, eager to embrace new challenges, learn new skills, and consistently deliver a high standard of customer service.
