You will join our People Team, supporting colleagues across a varied and fast‑paced environment. The team works closely with leaders and employees across the organisation to create a positive employee experience and support fair, inclusive and effective people practices.

As Employee Relations Adviser, you will provide first‑line employee relations support across a wide range of people matters, helping managers and employees navigate processes with confidence and consistency. You will manage a varied caseload including investigations, wellbeing matters, performance discussions and policy‑related queries, always balancing a practical and people‑focused approach. Working closely with People Business Partners and stakeholders across the organisation, you will contribute to a collaborative and proactive People function. You will also support wider projects and initiatives, helping to strengthen employee relations practices, develop manager capability and provide insights that support continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
