The Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals tailored to the nutritional and performance needs of Manchester City Women. You will contribute to menu planning, food preparation and service delivery while helping to maintain exceptional standards across the kitchen operation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, elite sporting environment where collaboration is key. You will work closely with colleagues across catering, performance and operations to ensure players and staff receive an outstanding dining experience both at the training ground and during travel. You will also support stock management, supplier coordination and food safety processes, while continuously looking for ways to improve kitchen practices and service standards.
