Based in Manchester, this permanent full-time role leads CRM activity across Medlock Square, supporting audience engagement, customer communication and destination growth. You will play a key role in delivering targeted and data-informed campaigns that support engagement, repeat visitation and commercial performance across Visitor Attractions, Restaurants, MICE and destination-wide activity.
You will lead the coordination and delivery of CRM campaigns across Medlock Square activity, supporting customer engagement and commercial performance through targeted and data-informed communication activity. Working closely with Marketing, Business Intelligence and operational teams, you will help ensure campaigns are aligned to audience needs, commercial priorities and operational requirements.
Alongside campaign delivery, you will support audience segmentation and customer journey activity, helping to develop communication approaches that improve engagement, retention and repeat visitation. You will use customer insight and performance data to help optimise campaign effectiveness and support continuous improvement across CRM activity. You will also contribute to CRM operations, reporting and process coordination, ensuring customer data, campaign records and workflows are managed accurately and consistently.
Through your organisation, communication and collaborative approach, you will help deliver coordinated and effective customer communication activity across Medlock Square.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering CRM, customer communication or digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge and level 3 minimum certification of the Braze platform will be essential.
- Understanding of CRM platforms, audience segmentation and customer engagement principles.
- Experience coordinating multi-channel customer communications.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data and customer insight.
- Strong organisational and campaign coordination skills.
- Collaborative approach across marketing and operational teams.
