Based at the City Football Academy in Manchester, this permanent full‑time role supports the day-to‑day transport and administrative operations across the Academy. You will help deliver a safe, reliable and well‑organised transport service, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment for players, families and staff.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of a safe, reliable and professional transport service across the Academy, ensuring players, staff and visitors are supported at each stage of their journey.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day transport schedules while maintaining accurate records and administrative processes to enable efficient operations.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for pre‑season tours, tournaments and other Academy events.
- Maintain vehicles and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements remain up to date, identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff, players, parents and key Academy stakeholders through effective communication and organisational skills.
- Create a positive experience for players and their families, from the first impression for trialists to supporting wider Academy events.
Qualifications
- Experience working in an administrative or operational environment.
