The team works across a diverse portfolio of licensees, product categories and internal stakeholders to protect the brand, grow commercial value and bring official products to fans around the world.

As Licensing Executive, you will support the Licensing Manager and Head of Licensing and New Business across the day-to-day delivery of the programme. This is a broad, hands-on role where organisation, accuracy and initiative will help you make a real difference from the outset. You will help manage product approvals, track licensee reports, maintain commercial records and support contract and finance administration so that licensing activity is delivered smoothly and on time. You will also contribute to market research, licensee workshops and the coordination of product opportunities, helping the team identify new categories and strengthen the club’s official range. The role also brings regular contact with colleagues across Digital, Marketing, Fan Membership, Legal and Finance, as well as with external licensees and retail partners. From supporting key commercial moments to keeping documentation and systems up to date, you will be part of a small, collaborative team where your contribution is visible and valued.

What You’ll Bring

  • Interest in sports merchandise, brands and marketing, with a genuine enthusiasm for how licensing supports fans and commercial growth.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks and live projects, while keeping track of detail and deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with confidence building positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records, trackers or shared systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative and find practical solutions in a busy team environment.
  • A proactive approach to learning, with an eye for detail and a willingness to develop within licensing and retail.
