Within our People team, Internal Communications plays a central role in shaping how we inform, engage and connect our global workforce. We work across a range of channels, campaigns and initiatives to create meaningful employee experiences and ensure colleagues feel informed, involved and part of the wider organisation.

The Role

You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering internal communications across City Football Group, helping to bring campaigns and messages to life across a range of channels. Working within established frameworks, you’ll ensure content is clear, consistent and engaging, while supporting the smooth coordination of communications activity across the organisation. You’ll contribute to the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and events, supporting both planning and execution to create positive and inclusive experiences for colleagues. Alongside this, you’ll act as a first point of contact for routine communications queries, providing guidance on channels and processes while ensuring requests are handled efficiently. You’ll also support the day-to-day operations of the team, maintaining systems, tracking activity and helping to identify opportunities to improve how we communicate and engage employees across CFG.
