Purpose
This role focuses on payment allocation and reconciliation, working with the Finance (Unit4 ERP) and Ticketing (Unify) systems, setting up supplier and ad-hoc payments. You’ll work closely with the Treasury team to support bank account management and provide general support to the Senior Processing Manager and the Processing team.
Your Impact
- Accuracy of payments: Ensure all payments are set up accurately, including verifying bank details with the Finance Assistants.
- Payment allocations/reconciliations: Daily download/import of bank statements and allocations in Unit4 ERP and Unify, reconciling to the bank, and engaging with EVSL for catering revenue reconciliation.
- Balance Sheets: Maintain allocated balance sheets and related admin, prepare leadsheets for monthly review, and close bank accounts within month-end timetable.
- Support the wider business: Provide support to Hospitality and Fan Support Departments, balance and process Direct Debits for GA seasonal supporters, and respond to payment-related queries within SLAs.
- Supporting Senior Processing Manager: Assist with ad-hoc tasks and continuously seek efficiency improvements.

- Experience in a fast-paced Finance department with ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Experience of Agresso/Unit4 ERP
- Experience of setting up foreign currency payments
- Knowledge of Direct Debit processes and regulations
- Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment for 2 years
