Purpose

To manage football administration tasks such as registrations, Governing Body Endorsement applications, International Sportsperson processes, disciplinary matters, and liaising with governing bodies for MCFC and MCWFC under the guidance of the Head of Football Administration.

Your Impact

  1. Collaborate with the Head of Football Administration on all football administration and regulatory oversight for MCFC and MCWFC at first team and Academy levels.
  2. Lead player eligibility assessments for domestic and UEFA competitions, including submitting player lists via the UEFA TIME portal.
  3. Maintain accurate records of disciplinary sanctions across all teams in domestic and UEFA competitions.
  4. Manage work permits and visas for MCFC and MCWFC, including Governing Body Endorsements and International Sportsperson visa applications.
  5. Serve as the primary FIFA TMS user for MCFC and MCWFC, monitoring FIFA Clearing House processes and electronic player passports.
  6. Assist with UEFA Licensing documentation for MCFC and MCWFC.
  7. Attend all MCFC first team home fixtures as the department’s representative.

What we are looking for

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar role at a professional football club in the Premier League or English Football League.
  • Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations of the Premier League, The Football Association, the English Football League, Women’s Super League, UEFA, and FIFA, especially regarding player transfer and registration, agents’ regulations, disciplinary rules, anti-doping, and youth development.
  • Ideally, a degree-level education.
