The Opportunity
At our Sunnybank clinic, we combine cutting-edge fertility treatments with deeply personalised care. You will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals and couples through every step of the process every day, your knowledge, empathy, and encouragement will make a real and lasting impact.
- Coordinate and manage patient treatment cycles/programs
- Provide clear and unambiguous information and test results to patients
- Conduct patient education sessions
- General operational admin support of the clinic
About You
We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally you will bring the following to the role:
- Provide education, care, and support to patients throughout their fertility journey
- Provision of patient information to aide in the coordination and management of their treatment
- Provide post-operative support and consultation to patients
- Patient medical administration
- General operational admin in support of the clinic
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree of higher qualifications
- Registered Nurse / Midwife registered with AHPRA
- Follicle Scanning (advantageous)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
