Working Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week (8:30-17:30)
Salary: GBP43,014.50 Total Salary (Inclusive of Standby Payment), Overtime, Travel Time, 33 Days Holiday, Private Pension & Benefits - Including Private Health Care, Life Insurance, Employee Discounts.
Exclusive to Refrigeration roles: Earn up to GBP2,000 in incentives, including a GBP500 Incentive payment, plus GBP500 after passing probation, GBP500 after 6 months, and GBP500 after a year. If referred, your colleague could also earn up to GBP600!
This is a key position, carrying out planned PPM across multiple site locations. This will include some periods supporting operational delivery in response to reactive maintenance, mainly during the summer months and peak trading times.
Engineering teams provide a 24-hour service cover throughout the year to customer equipment through the use of planned and extended working hours including participation in standby rota procedures. Therefore, you will be required to assist with a minimum of 4 weeks of standby periods to suit the needs of the business annually. Each standby period is one full week to include evenings and weekends.
Key Accountabilities:- To ensure PPM schedules are completed within agreed timescales and that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures.

- Identify non-repairable faults promptly and advise the Line manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacements.
- Ensure that all technical and compliance paperwork is always completed and up to date.
- Participate in an out of hours standby rota - minimum of 4 x standby periods annually.
- Responsible for arranging & communication of any cover required due to holidays/unforeseen circumstances to line manager.

- Refrigerant Handling C&G 2079 or equivalent CITB certificate
- Time Served Apprenticeship

- C02 Refrigerant Training
- Commercial/Supermarket experience
