Job Title: Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance Team Leader) Location: Manchester Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon – Thur) Salary: £29,250 Total Salary + Overtime An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance) to join our company to carry out planned refrigeration case maintenance programme across several retail site locations Key Responsibilities: * Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units. * Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team. * To ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales. * To work in a manner to support the achievement of company KPIs * Work with company and customer colleagues to ensure that laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times. Qualifications / Experience: * Experience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is essential. The ideal candidate: * Willingness to work night shifts (Essential) * Speed efficiency whilst maintaining quality of work. * Customer focused and self motivated. * Flexible and adaptable attitude to job role.
