As a vital member of our forward-thinking team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the entire Asda estate – from bustling supermarkets to convenient Express stores and essential depots. You will be more than just a pest controller; you will be a trusted partner, ensuring a pest-free and hygienic environment for Asda's customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive and risk-based reactive visits to a variety of Asda locations (stores, supermarkets, depots, living sites, and Express chains).
- Perform thorough and professional pest inspections, always prioritising Health & Safety and hygiene regulations.
- Become a root cause analysis expert, leveraging the latest technology to identify the underlying factors contributing to pest activity.
- Collaborate with our innovative teams to develop and implement effective, tailored solutions.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Royal Society of Health Cert in Pest Control or British Pest Control Association Diploma’s Part 1 and 2.
- Experience within a pest control environment.
Desirable:
- Bird proofing work.
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages and iPad apps.
- Experience within pest control environment / retail industry.
- Experience with air rifles.
