The Pest Control Technician is to provide complete pest control services (including proofing) to Asda to control all pest species covered under our contract and, by thorough inspection, identify any environmental conditions conducive to any pest activity whether covered by the contract or not.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prevent and/or control pest infestation at allocated ASDA Stores and Distribution centres.
- Carry out scheduled Number of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits for pest control.
- Respond promptly to genuine emergency call outs from the ASDA Helpdesk.
- Complete reports and communicate on a daily basis with store colleagues and line manager.
Qualifications / Experience Essential:
- Royal Society of Health Cert in Pest Control or British Pest Control Association Diploma’s Part 1 and 2.
- Bird proofing work.
- Fumigation services.
The ideal candidate:
- Degree of flexibility required. May be required to stay away from home.
- Current full driving licence.
