The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is a hands-on Engineering role, ideally suited to someone with a Refrigeration Engineering background; however, full training can be provided for any suitable candidate with an Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC type of background looking for a change of career.

The role will involve working as part of a team mainly in a retail environment on commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment, including central plant, integral systems, alarm panels, and leak detection systems.

The successful candidate will need a full driving license and a flexible attitude in order to deliver maintenance requirements to a pre-planned schedule.

Key Accountabilities
  • Delivery of planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance works across multiple sites
  • Identification and resolution of repair, maintenance, and installation issues that may affect programme delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Updating cbes/client systems accurately as required
  • Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times, developing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
Experience and qualifications
  • Refrigeration Maintenance experience, ideally with some form of refrigeration qualifications
  • F Gas Certification
  • Experienced working on central plant
  • Familiar with RDM alarm systems
  • CO2 experience an advantage but not essential
  • Experience working within supermarket stores
  • Full driving licence and flexible to travel on a daily basis
