An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled People System Support Administrator to join our company, on a 6 month FTC basis. The role will involve being responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance of the People System iTrent, becoming a subject matter expert for the system and a key contact for all issues via the main communication mailbox. The role holder will play a vital role in driving best practice and data integrity, while providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Cascade Queries mailbox, communicating with customers and investigating issues raised within the SLAs to provide high level customer experience.
  • As a Super User of the iTrent system be the central contact providing technical support for internal stakeholders, liaising with external suppliers, internal IT and work colleagues when necessary.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and system problem solving for iTrent, identifying the root cause and if necessary, reporting software issues to the supplier.
  • Set up new colleague iTrent accounts, activating new starters, checking permissions and security levels.
  • Running scheduled reports and produce ad hoc reports via iTrent and Business Objects. Ensuring data integrity and providing our customers with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Assist with regular data audits/data cleanse activities to ensure accurate, consistent and complete data.
  • Support the development and implementation of People process improvements and business change.
  • Support the business to ensure iTrent and the aligning processes are meeting all GDPR requirements.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Knowledge or previous experience working within people functions and systems.
  • Solution driven, troubleshooting issues to find the root cause and prevention for future.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Can do attitude and a good team player.
