An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Time & Attendance Operations Support Co-ordinator to join our company on a 6 month FTC basis. This role will see you play a key part in ensuring our hourly paid colleagues are paid accurately and on time by supporting the day-to-day processing of Time & Attendance activities. You’ll work closely with Operations, Field teams and Payroll to deliver a reliable, high-quality service.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of Time & Attendance administration, including maintaining accurate records, supporting shift confirmations, resolving pay queries, and ensuring payroll deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:- At all times, support, mentor, engage all operations and field colleagues who use the T&A Systems
- Ensure all shifts have been correctly confirmed by field managers for the Sites that you are responsible for within the payroll deadlines
- Check holidays and absence have been entered correctly
- Investigate and process pay queries
- Liaise with payroll for changes to employee data, update starters and leavers on T&A System
- Liaise with Operations through Email
- Compile and control all weekly documentation relating to changes
- Complete daily/weekly trackers
- Complete fortnightly checklist and run payroll files with colleagues hours to be paid and send to payroll
- Run and send weekly reports to field teams
- All Ad Hoc duties as directed by the Senior T&A Payroll Advisor
- Strong influencing, communication and organisational skills
