We are seeking experienced Electrician Supervisors to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering Solar PV and Battery Storage installations. As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing installation teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while supporting the development of our renewable energy capability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising Solar PV and Battery Storage installation projects
- Leading and supporting installation teams on-site
- Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations, health and safety standards and company procedures
- Carrying out inspections, testing and commissioning activities
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and technicians
- Supporting project planning and delivery to programme
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications
- Experience supervising electrical installation projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safe working practices
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Desirable: Solar PV installation experience
- Desirable: Battery Storage installation experience
- Desirable: Inspection and Testing qualifications
- Desirable: Previous experience leading renewable energy projects
