Direct Reports: Asset Team Colleagues
Job Purpose:
To effectively manage Asset Team colleagues ensuring the provision of PPM schedules and an up to date maintained Asset register.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timeliness and accuracy of written and verbal reports.
- Utilisation and development of the Asset Team.
- Effectiveness of communications within the Call Centre.
- Maintenance of Health and Safety policy.
- Customer and colleague relationships and feedback.
Specific Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of the Helpdesk
- Familiarity with the Asda Contract
Specific Skills:
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to extract, collate and present Performance data relevant to the business
- Ability to motivate self and others in order to drive the business
Demonstrated Behaviours:
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
Specialist Requirements:
- Confident liaising at Area and Divisional Level
- Experience in developing strong working relationships with Colleagues
