£29,981 Total Salary + Overtime
As a Case Cleaning Team Leader in a supermarket setting, you will manage a team of technicians responsible for dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling refrigeration units. You will provide training on proper procedures, ensure the safe use of chemicals, and oversee stock removal and replacement. Your role involves coordinating tasks, maintaining high standards, and ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and store guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demerchandising & remerchandising of refrigeration units.
- Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team.
- Ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.
- Support the achievement of company KPIs through effective work practices.
- Create remedial reports for each PPM and notify the Operations Lead of tasks requiring action.
- Collaborate with company and customer colleagues to maintain quality standards at all times.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance within the retail industry is essential.
- Previous experience supervising small teams is essential.
- Full driving license is essential.
