This mobile role supports multiple stores through planned visits and responsive maintenance. You’ll complete a wide range of building fabric and housekeeping repairs—including fixing floors, walls, doors, toilets, fitting rooms, basic plumbing and other general upkeep—along with carrying out and assisting minor PPMs to ensure each store stays in good working order. You’ll work closely with store management teams during every planned visit, giving clear updates on progress, next steps, and timelines. • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance – Complete all planned and reactive tasks within agreed timescales and ensure associated documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Respond promptly to Helpdesk requests – Assess job requirements, complete repairs where possible, and elevate issues outside role scope in a timely manner.
  • Maintain tools, equipment and materials – Ensure all necessary equipment is available, safe and in good working order to complete assigned tasks.
  • Provide clear support and communication across allocated stores – Maintain a regular planned visit schedule across all allocated stores—up to 15 locations—building strong working relationships, ensuring store teams are fully informed of visit dates, times and progress updates, and communicating clearly with colleagues and management to support effective decision‑making.

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices.
