Job Title: Refrigeration Cleaning Technician (Case Maintenance Technician)
Location: Bradford
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon – Thur)
Salary: £28,711 Total Salary + Overtime + Travel Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration Cleaning Technician (Case Maintenance) to join our company to carry out a planned refrigeration case maintenance programme across several retail site locations in line with an agreed service level agreement. A Case Cleaning Technician cleans fridges and freezers by safely removing stock, disassembling units, and using chemicals and equipment to clean them thoroughly. After cleaning, you’ll reassemble the units and restock them, following safety rules and store procedures, including handling chemicals correctly and removing/replacing products (de-merchandising and re-merchandising).
Key Responsibilities
- Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units.
- Carry out all tasks within the allotted time period to the satisfaction of the company and client.
- Work in a manner that supports the achievement of company KPIs.
- Work with company and customer colleagues to ensure that laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times.
Qualifications / Experience
- A full driving license is essential.
- Experience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is desirable.
- Experience of refrigeration equipment is desirable.

- Willingness to work night shifts (Essential)
- Degree of flexibility required. May be required to stay away from home.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- A hands-on, can-do and flexible approach to your work is an essential requirement.
