Responsibilities

• Professional and consistent customer service.
• Answering inbound calls from customers, contractors, and engineers.
• Making outbound calls to our customers, contractors, and engineers.
• Manage and process purchase orders / uplifts for Contractors.
• Support and liaison with our customers, contractors, and CITY engineers with ETAs.
• Ensure all aspects of quotations jobs are processed through to completion.
• Process part procurement/Hire requests from CITY Engineers.
• Validate and process uniform requests for CITY field operatives via supplier portal.
• Action incoming emails from shared OSS mailboxes.
• Communicate fluently and confidently.

Essential requirements

• Previous customer services background would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to multi-task.
• General admin and data entry – computer literacy is essential.
