The predicted salary is between 41506 - 41506 £ per year.
This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a number of site locations within a specified region.
Responsibilities:
- To carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to a range of electrical, mechanical and building assets in ASDA stores in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the specified Company Health and Safety procedures.
- To complete all necessary PPMs and ensure all PPM remedial tasks are accurately logged and actioned, ensuring legal compliance.
- To supervise the Maintenance Assistant (MA), provide regular coaching and support them to perform their role in line with company processes.
- To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and contract SLAs.
Qualities / Experience:
- C&G 2382 (18th edition) Level 3 core Electrical qualification, examples of which are: C&G2330, C&G 2365 (with relevant experience), C&G2365 etc.
- Desirable But Not Essential: Familiarity with completion of electrical certification City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection.
- Time served in electrical discipline or have relevant industry experience in a similar role.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to maintain/repair a range of electrical and mechanical equipment, e.g. fans, pumps and compressors, to recognised standards.
- General plumbing and building experience.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Current driving licence.
