Job Purpose
To support in maintaining a complete and accurate Asset Database and helping to deliver all aspects of PPM planning, scheduling, and delivery including coordination and upload of all associated documentation to ensure Contractual and Legal compliance. Assisting the manager with all reasonable requests required to deliver team objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times and comply with Company HR policies and guidelines.
- Own and display City values and behaviours, respect and value others and work as one team.
- Effectively manage self in order to prioritise workloads in order to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Help update and maintain a complete and accurate Asset Register.
- Support with planning, scheduling and managing PPMs through to completion including upload of associated certificates and documentation.
- Process Asset and PPM information provided by in-house teams or external suppliers.
- Support with processing information relating to Asset Warranties.
- Help produce Asset or PPM related reports when required.
- Reassign PPMs to Technicians or Suppliers when required.
- Develop strong and constructive working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Interact with City Colleagues, Client representatives and suppliers through clear verbal and written communication in order to provide support and resolve issues.
- Record and flag remedial issues generated from In-house PPMs.
- Approach Asset/PPM Manager with any grievance or problem that may arise.
- Attend performance reviews and 1-1’s and action development opportunities identified.
- Attend training courses or complete on-line training courses where necessary.
- Comply with any reasonable request from the Asset & PPM Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Educated to GCSE / Standard Grade level
- Ability to extract, collate and present performance data relevant to the business.
- Ability to motivate self.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Confident liaising at Area and Divisional Level.
- Experience in developing strong working relationships with internal and external Colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
- Accomplished in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (confident with V Look-ups and formulas etc.).
- Team player.
