Position Details
We are recruiting a Contract Planner based in Glasgow. Candidates should be PC literate, familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel, and possess effective communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising, monitoring, and recording purchase and hire orders; investigating invoice queries.
- Raising quotes for parts & equipment hire.
- Managing open work orders.
- Planning work for fabric and electrical technicians.
- Driving SLAs / KPIs to meet targets.
- Maximizing technician productivity as per contractual targets.
- Assisting PPM planner to ensure compliance SLAs are met.
- Liaising with subcontractors and updating systems for open work orders.
- Coordinating with parts suppliers and managing delivery issues.
- Managing equipment deliveries, returns, and replacements.
- Reporting on dashboard metrics.
