Sales Executive

The role focuses on cultivating new partnerships and driving optimisation sales throughout the energy sector. I am looking to speak to candidates who have 2-8 years experience, salary and total comp will reflect on experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a sales pipeline across the European gas and power markets, establishing new contacts and relationships and identifying opportunities with new and existing clients
- Develop a structured sales approach with tracking, measurement and actions
- Manage and drive all aspects of the sales lifecycle from prospect to participant, including ensuring efficient onboarding, technical connectivity, legal documentation etc.
- Provide input into product development and build, liaising with and helping technical and product teams
- Analysis of client data and trends to uncover insights and opportunities
- Create and improve customer sales and product marketing material
Requirements
- Degree educated
- Experience working in, and knowledge of, European gas / power markets. This could be from an exchange, technology or service vendor, market participant or another avenue
- 2-8 years experience in an energy sales environment, ideally with a track record of successful outcomes
- Motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously and across teams and tasks to get the job done
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
