City Elite Transaction Services are delighted to be working with a globally recognised Trading and Shipping firm, assisting them in their search for a Senior Contracts Analyst for their London office. The primary function of this role is to ensure data integrity and accuracy of risk undertaken by the business through a thorough trade verification and contract review process. The ideal candidate will help improve contract management processes and contribute to building a stable, quality-driven, and control-focused contracts desk. Duties Reconcile trades within the system. Review counterparty contracts, focusing on purchase agreements for bulk cargo transactions. Manage the full contract life-cycle and counterparty contracts. Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract terms. Manage the confirmation process for marine bunker deals. Maintain strong audit trails and document management best practices.
