Project Manager - Financial Services - Change Management

Our client is a leading global investor service provider, delivering innovative technology and services across Asset Management, Financial Advisory, Wealth Management and major financial institutions.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will manage complex projects within an enterprise change environment, delivering to agreed timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards. You'll work directly with sponsors, technical teams and stakeholders, focusing on RAID management, financial control and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-stream projects
• Define and control project scope
• Lead project teams and technical specialists
• Develop detailed project plans
• Manage project financials and reporting
• Maintain RAID logs and progress reports
• Plan and allocate resources effectively
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Framework
• Oversee early live support phases

Requirements

• 5+ years' project delivery experience, preferably in financial services
• Proven ability to drive change initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience in financial control and budget management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Financial Services sector (desirable)
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and MS Project
