The predicted salary is between 32850 - 40150 £ per year.
Role: Junior BDM
Office Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday
Home Working: 9am - 5pm Friday
Commission: performance and outreach based.
- Preparing loan terms and sales briefs
- Keeping the CRM system up to date
- Broker outreach - Using LinkedIn, telephone and emails to contact brokers and setting up meetings with Sales Director
- Organising or preparing light marketing collateral (Social media posts, product guides, product launches, solus emails)
- Assisting to organise events - exhibition stands, logistics, collateral, bookings (Usually 4 per year)
- Structuring deals with brokers (Commission/Bonus would be paid)
- Advancing to a BDM, managing their own broker base and originating deal flow
- Playing a pivotal role in strategic growth - input into product offerings, marketing and promotion
Excellent communication - confident on the phone, able to be client facing
Written skills are a must - email outreach, broker communication and for any marketing input their write ups need to be good
Numerical skills should be reasonable - Our terms are automated however able to work with an Excel spreadsheet is essential
