Client Services L1 Role Overview As a Client Services L1, you'll be the first point of contact for internal and external clients using the client’s trading platforms. This is an entry to mid-level, client-facing role that amalgamates three disciplines: client relationship support, first-line client functionality and some technical support, and application data administration. You'll handle day-to-day client queries, provide platform support, and carry out controlled user access and application data tasks under supervision, learning the full trade lifecycle from order entry through to clearing and settlement in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. This is first and foremost a client-service role, a genuine desire to help clients matters more than any particular background, and technical skills can be taught.
