The Role
We are looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our team as a Trainee Dispense Technician. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a long‑term career in a specialist industry, with full training provided. As a Trainee Dispense Technician, you will work alongside experienced engineers learning how to install, service and maintain beverage dispense equipment. You will gain hands‑on experience diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and supporting customers on‑site. During your training, regular travel and overnight stays away from home will be required. Accommodation and associated expenses will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, servicing and maintenance of beverage dispense equipment.
- Learn how to diagnose and resolve technical faults.
- Carry out planned maintenance and reactive breakdown work.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing City Dispense on customer sites.
- Complete training and development activities as required.
- Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles to a high standard.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Technically minded with a practical approach to problem solving.
