What is great about this job is that you get to work within a small dynamic team, putting training, mentoring, coaching and wellbeing ideas and resources into practice. We need you to coordinate training programs, motivate and encourage colleagues to achieve personal and professional growth, assess and monitor training and development needs, create digital and physical training manuals, present in-person or online training sessions and source specialist training and much more.

We also need you to apply your skills to assist and support our data driven decision-making, by offering a comprehensive administration and support role, including researching innovative ideas, supporting key projects and monitoring of performance statistics.
