What You'll Do:
As a Care Professional, you'll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do. Your role will include:
- Supporting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care)
- Assisting with medication (preparation and administration)
- Helping with mobility (including use of aids and equipment)
- Mealtime support (preparing meals/snacks, feeding if required)
- Light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning)
- Providing companionship (building meaningful relationships)

- Companionship (being a friendly face and preventing loneliness through conversations, activities, and outings)
