We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users across North Hertfordshire.

Work close to home in some of North Hertfordshire's most vibrant and welcoming communities. Wherever you're based, there's a neighbourhood near you waiting for your care and compassion!

  • Weekdays (Mon-Fri): £14.44 per hour
  • Saturdays: £15.44 per hour
  • Sundays: £15.44 per hour

Mileage allowance: £Shift Patterns. Our services run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:

  • Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM - 2:00/3:00 PM
  • Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Sleep-in/Waking nights Shifts: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM

As a Care Professional, you'll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.

You’ll help with:

  • Supporting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
  • Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
  • Carrying out light domestic duties: laundry, making beds, light cleaning
  • Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships

What Else You’ll Help With:

  • Companionship: conversations, activities, outings
  • Nutrition & Mealtimes: cooking nutritious meals, considering dietary needs
  • Housekeeping: light cleaning, laundry, tidying
  • Health Monitoring: observing and reporting changes in condition
  • Social Inclusion: helping maintain community and family connections

Access to a vehicle is strictly required due to the geographical nature of this role (you must hold a valid driving licence).
